Did you know that after queries about bin collections, the most common reason people contact their local council is for issues relating to trees? Aside from being a critical part of our urban environment, trees can cause some troubles for residents, from slippery gumnuts to shading of solar panels.

Resilient South and Resilient East worked with 17 councils to film a series of interviews with council arborists. We asked our tree experts questions posed by residents to better understand how they manage our urban forests and address some of the myths and misconceptions about their roles.
